You can get your tabs, titles, and DNR licenses at the Waconia Deputy Registrar Office in Waconia at 222 Main Street West, which can be contacted by phone at 952-442-4038. For driver's license or passport questions, contact the Carver County License Center, located at 418 Pine Street, Chaska, Minnesota. Contact the License Center by phone at 952-361-1900. The City of Waconia does not require pet licensing, however we do enforce the following in our ordinance: leash laws, feces pick-up, dogs at large, and noise ordinances.
